EXPERIENCE

• Ability to work with Epic Willow team to troubleshoot common end-user problems, formulary maintenance, dispense logic, and other pharmacy related modifications.

• Coordinated implementation planning, installation and upgrades or modifications to pharmacy automation systems: AcuDose-Rx, Anesthesia-Rx, Connect-Rx, MedCarousel, NarcStation, and PacMed.

• Provided operational support of pharmacy information systems, including clinical systems, decision support systems, and financial systems as they relate to pharmacy, and automated dispensing systems.

• Coordinated data reporting and perform analysis necessary to support patient/clinical records, performance improvement, and departmental decision-making.

• Designed and developed pharmacy labeling software with Microsoft Access, used for pharmacy compounding and packaging with mixing instructions, barcode scanning, lot numbers and expiration dates tracking.

• Experienced with new pharmacy setups, construction and equipment layout planning.
