If you possess the following skills, Healthcare IS would like to talk with you:

• Skilled in full cycle implementation EPIC (EHR/EMR) Healthy Planet/Population Health + (Referrals or RTE) Module
• Has experience in gathering, project planning, system build, optimization, designing & building risk assessment, testing, conversion to successful production
• Certified in an EPIC (EMR/EHR) Healthy Planet/Population Health module.
