Business Developer

Healthcare IS is seeking a highly motivated Business Development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate would have experience identifying and building new client relationships across the U.S. The ideal candidate would possess consultative selling techniques and the discipline of being persistent with follow-up and weekly planning. This role has long term growth potential and advancement for someone who desires to become a top-performing sales professional. 


Responsibilities:

  • Leverage internal and external resources to generate new leads while tracking all outreach in our CRM
  • Develop and implement new and creative outreach strategies to help penetrate the market
  • Quick thinking skills to overcome objections/rejections
  • Comfortable spending most of your workday sending out emails and making cold calls to Managers, Directors, VPs, and C-level Executives
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and spoken communication skills
  • Self-disciplined with the ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and know when to ask for help
  • Metric driven thinking that provides direct business impact
  • Coachable with a genuine curiosity to learn and grow as we all at Healthcare IS believe in self-growth both professionally and personally
