The full time Business Analyst will provide analysis and business support to the Clinical Transformation department as the sole business analyst. Identifies issues related to existing programs related to training and support services to our EMR, and recommends effective improvements, timely solutions. Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
Responsibilities
Identifies, analyzes, and reports on trends to department leadership.
Performs reviews and audits of databases to ensure information is accurately captured and reported.
Participates in the implementation and administration of programs.
Completes projects with little to no supervision.
Leads large projects, when assigned, coordinating related activities of Super Users on staff.
Leads in the monitoring of data integrity.Experience
Advanced level of experience with spreadsheets, databases, and report-writing software.
The primary tools this position would use regularly are LightsOn, Advance, Cognos, Tableau, Access, and Excel.
· Thoroughly understand the features and functionality of existing products and services.
· 3-5 years Business Analyst experience in an IT environment.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.
· Demonstrated critical thinking utilizing analytical and problem-solving techniques
Preferred Areas Of Experience
Healthcare Industry experience is preferred
3-5 years Business Analyst experience in an IT environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems
